REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE AFTERNOON RECEPTION ON OPENING DAY AS WELL AS LUNCH AND REFRESHMENTS THROUGHOUT THE CONFERENCE. ALL PARTICIPANTS (PRESENTERS, PANEL MEMBERS, AND OBSERVERS) MUST REGISTER.
You may pay your registration fees via wire transfer. Contact us for our bank information. Please remember to request that your bank pay all fees (from both the sending and receiving banks) when you arrange the transfer. USD checks are also accepted.
CANCELLATIONS of participation must be made by the regular registration deadline to receive a partial refund of the registration fee. Your registration is valid for a year and may be applied to a future meeting in the event you are unable to attend. An additional administration fee of £20 will be required.
