Register for the in-person 11-12 March 2024 session

We encourage you to register early to ensure a presentation slot, as we accept a limited number of presentations.

All registrations must be completed prior to the Forum.

The Forum does not provide an honorarium, travel, or other expenses for presenters.

All participants (presenters, co-presenters, and observers) must register.
- Registration fees are not waived for presenters.

Scheduling requests are not guaranteed but every effort will be made to accommodate preferences. Scheduling requests must be received prior to 15 February.

Registration Includes:
- Presentation of accepted research at the Forum.*
- Participation in all Forum sessions.
- Lunch and tea/coffee breaks
- Official citation in the online Forum Programme.
- Summary of presented work in the Forum Proceedings.*
- Opportunity to submit full-length paper for publication.*

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made a week before the regular registration deadline of the symposium to receive a partial refund of the registration fee (-15% admin fee).
- If you cancel after this date, you may apply your registration to a future symposium (up to a year, i.e., three symposia).
All registrations must be completed prior to the Forum.
