REGISTRATION

Register for the in-person 11-12 March 2024 session

 

  • We encourage you to register early to ensure a presentation slot, as we accept a limited number of presentations.

  • All registrations must be completed prior to the Forum.

  • The Forum does not provide an honorarium, travel, or other expenses for presenters.

  • All participants (presenters, co-presenters, and observers) must register.

  • Registration fees are not waived for presenters.
  • Scheduling requests are not guaranteed but every effort will be made to accommodate preferences. Scheduling requests must be received prior to 15 February.

Observer (non-presenting) £300

Registration Includes:

  • Presentation of accepted research at the Forum.*
  • Participation in all Forum sessions.
  • Lunch and tea/coffee breaks
  • Official citation in the online Forum Programme.
  • Summary of presented work in the Forum Proceedings.*
  • Opportunity to submit full-length paper for publication.*

*Excludes Observer Registration

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made a week before the regular registration deadline of the symposium to receive a partial refund of the registration fee (-15% admin fee).
  • If you cancel after this date, you may apply your registration to a future symposium (up to a year, i.e., three symposia).
